What is Video and Collaboration Services?

Our mission is to support faculty, students, researchers, and staff who use videoconferencing technology in their teaching, learning, research, or business. We are a part of the Academic Technologies department of the Northwestern University Information Technology division.

Video and Collaboration Services provides four primary functions:

• Public Videoconferencing Rooms - Academic Technologies maintains and supports four public videoconferencing classrooms.
• Conference Scheduling - Schedule a videoconference from your web browser.
  
• Consultation and Project Management - We can work with you to determine and implement a videoconferencing solution that will support all your conferencing needs.
• Support and Testing - We'll take the time to make sure your conference is a success.

Whether you are a faculty, student, researcher, or staff this site is designed to provide you the information and means to locate or schedule the resources necessary to hold a successful videoconference.
